Pilates Instructor


As a competitive gymnast for many years, movement has always been a big part of Caroline’s life. She was drawn to Pilates as a way to maintain strength & mobility and learn how to move her body intelligently following the inevitable injuries that come with the sport.

After a long career in media/advertising and two beautiful kids later, Caroline decided to go back to what she had always loved (movement) and gained comprehensive certification across all apparatus (reformer, mat, cadillac, chair, spine corrector & barrel) through Polestar Pilates in NZ. She has recently relocated to Sydney and teaches at several studios including group reformer & studio classes along with private sessions that focus on specific goals and outcomes.

Caroline has a passion for teaching classes that focus on dynamic alignment and technique to ensure everyone gets the most from each movement. Her classes are always layered so each exercise can be modified or challenged to suit the individual and she is constantly seeking ways to build on and expand her knowledge to deliver a holistic, evidence-based movement experience.

When not in the studio you will find Caroline out and about with her little family exploring everything the amazing Northern Beaches has to offer.
