Lisa Studach

Physiotherapist

We are very happy to welcome Lisa back to MGS. Lisa worked with us between 2015 and 2020 before moving back to her home country Switzerland together with her husband and young son where she continued to work in a large private practice. Now she and her young family (with an additional family member) are back on the Northern Beaches and back with the MGS family.

Lisa likes a mix of hands-on treatment and exercise prescription, she believes clients need to be able to be given and learn the tools to self-manage their conditions. She has a particular interest (and skill) in Clinical Pilates including pre- and postnatal rehabilitation as well as treating sporting injuries in both children and adults.

Her passion are endurance sports and she has been fortunate enough to work with multiple Olympians in triathlon. She is herself very active and loves to run, cycle and do Pilates. She holds various post-graduate qualifications including APA Sports Level 2, dry needling, assessment and treatment of diastasis recti as well as the Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Diploma. She has also completed a Masters of International Public Health.

Lisa can be seen in our North Curl Curl Clinic and also runs some classes in our Manly Clinic.
