Moana Roberts

Rehab Physiotherapist

After a few years away from MGS, we are glad to be able to welcome back one of our legends Moana “Mo” Roberts. Moana has over twenty five years of experience in prescribing exercise-based rehabilitation in a variety of healthcare settings including private clinics, public hospitals, and clinical Pilates studios.

Some areas that have gained her focus have been:

  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation
  • Chronic pain management
  • Hyper Mobility in Teenagers
  • Menopause strengthening programs

To keep fit and healthy Moana surfs, runs the beach, and does yoga and meditation! As a former Ironman triathlete, she has a great understanding of overuse injuries. This has led to her passion for clinical pilates as a means to achieve maximal strength, stability and spinal mobility, allowing the body to meet life’s challenges.
