Alex Wilson

Physiotherapist

Having moved from Byron Bay to the northern beaches at the beginning of 2025, Alex is eager to implement his clinical skills at MGS to make a unique impact on his patients’ lives. Alex has been fortunate enough to have worked with a vast array of clients with conditions ranging from simple to complex in nature. He has provided care in private physio clinics, gyms, nursing homes, hydrotherapy facilities & in patient homes. From paediatrics to geriatrics & everything in-between, Alex respects the fact that we all live completely individualised lives and have our own niche challenges to overcome and manage. Alex has a very warm, caring and open-minded demeanour and always likes to empower and reassure his patients that there are many ways to treat their injuries. Because of this, Alex always gives his patients the time to express their concerns in order to give them the best personalised treatment plan possible.

Alex has had first-hand experience learning from highly renowned physiotherapists and aims to improve his patient’s symptoms as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alex achieves this through using a range of hands on treatment techniques including dry needling.

Outside of work, Alex is very passionate about music and loves playing guitar by himself or jamming with others. Alex enjoys spending his weekends camping, surfing, mountain biking or rocking out to some good old rock n’ roll vinyls with his partner.
