Ariella Posniak

Physiotherapist

You can find Ariella at Mona Vale.

Ariella grew up spending most weekends on the Northern Beaches with her family and friends. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in human anatomy from University of New South Wales followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.

Ariella has undergone further training in sports physiotherapy and clinical pilates which she loves to use within the clinic. Ariella’s passion for physiotherapy developed through her love and interest in human anatomy and body movement.

Ariella aims to support and work alongside her patients with a strong emphasis on patient centered care with a big focus on the individual’s goals. Her treatments include a combination of education and advice around diagnosis and prognosis, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations and personalized exercise programs. Ariella aims to provide exercises that fit into your schedule and align with your goals.

She has worked  in inpatient, outpatient and private practice rehabilitation clinics, and feels that this has given her the ability to understand the different stages of the rehabilitation journey. She especially enjoys treating pre and post-op knee and hip replacements. Ariella is also a keen boulderer and rock climber and has developed a passion for treating sport related injuries and has a deep appreciation for injury prevention in the sporting world. Ariella enjoys working with people of all ages to develop healthy lifestyles, overcome injuries and achieve their goals.

When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find Ariella in a bouldering gym, at the beach or adventuring outdoors.
