Physiotherapist | Mens and Women’s Pelvic Health Physio


Brittany has recently returned back home to the Northern Beaches after working and living on the beautiful South Coast of NSW as well as interstate in regional towns of Victoria.  She graduated from the Australian Catholic University and is commencing her Masters in Women’s Health and Continence in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Brittany is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Women’s Health Training Associates, has completed advanced post-prostatectomy courses and is DMA Clinical Pilates trained.

Brittany treats a broad caseload of patients spanning a musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, NDIS, acute in-patient care and pelvic health physiotherapy services for both women and men. She is experienced in treating a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions including:

  • Pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain
  • Pre and postnatal care
  • Pelvic floor safe exercise prescription for all ages
  • Mastitis
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Bowel conditions
  • Sexual pain and dysfunction
  • Pelvic organ prolapse including pessary fitting
  • Pelvic floor assessment + Real time ultrasound pelvic floor screening
  • Gynaecological/ Urological post-operative recovery
  • Pre/post prostatectomy recovery

Brittany is especially passionate about educating, empowering and providing best evidence-based treatment. “It is my goal to be able to teach sustainable and long-term strategies to patients’ to build self-efficacy and to have quality of life in all aspects”. She incorporates patient education, mindfulness, manual therapies, dry needling, real-time ultrasound, exercise prescription and clinical pilates in a holistic approach for her patients.

In her downtime Brittany enjoys weekends away down the South Coast, overnight hikes, camping, trying out a new cafe for brunch, yin yoga + pilates and walking her Golden Retriever Benny.
