Moana Roberts

Physiotherapist

Moana has over twenty years of experience in prescribing exercise-based rehabilitation in a variety of healthcare settings including private clinics, public hospitals, and clinical Pilates studios.

Some areas that have gained her focus have been:

  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation
  • Chronic pain management
  • Hyper Mobility in Teenagers
  • Menopause strengthening programs

To keep fit and healthy Moana surfs, runs the beach, and does yoga and meditation! As a former Ironman triathlete, she has a great understanding of overuse injuries. This has led to her passion for clinical pilates as a means to achieve maximal strength, stability and spinal mobility, allowing the body to meet life’s challenges.
