Bridging on the Reformer

Bridging on the Reformer has some great benefits:

  • Improved awareness in and out of Spine Flexion
  • Improved segmental mobility in spine
  • Umproved Hip Extensor strength and Hip Flexor length
  • Length of spinal Extensors
  • Relaxation

Think of moving your spine vertebrae by vertebrae, like a snake.

Why you need it:

  • Mobility through your whole spine
  • Front of Hip strength and back of Hip flexibility
  • Increased lengthening through whole spine
  • Relaxation
  • “Motion is lotion for your spine”
