Join Katie for small group yoga classes (maximum 8 people), at MGS Physiotherapy Mona Vale.
This is a five week yoga course, focusing on freedom of movement, strength, flexibility and physical and mental balance. Katie will build the practice around the individuals in the class ensuring you receive every bit of the All Souls Yoga goodness and the support to focus on the progression of your own practice.
The classes will run as a 5 Week Block, giving you the time to build rhythm and regularity into your practice. In this way you make the commitment for self-care and give yourself the time to feel and see the benefits in your body and mind.
